You’re more than a diagnosis.

If you’ve ever felt like a therapist only saw your symptoms—or quickly slapped on a label—you’re not alone. So many of my clients come to me carrying shame, frustration, or even confusion after being defined by a diagnosis instead of truly known.

I want you to know: you are so much more than a set of symptoms. You’re a whole person—with a story, a body, relationships, values, spiritual questions, strengths, and struggles. That’s the perspective I bring into our work together.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, which means I want to understand you deeply—emotionally, mentally, relationally, physically, and spiritually. Yes, I’m trained to diagnose when it’s appropriate, and sometimes that’s an important part of understanding what’s going on. But that’s just one piece of the picture. My goal is never to box you in—it’s to help you make sense of your experiences, feel understood, and move toward healing in a way that actually fits you.

In our work together, you’ll feel seen—not sorted. And you won’t have to edit or hide parts of yourself to feel safe.
