My Approach
I believe therapy should be more than just talking; it should lead somewhere. My approach is direct, compassionate, and goal-oriented. We'll work together to understand what's really going on beneath the surface and create a clear path forward.
I'm not here to judge or give you a list of things you "should" do. I'm here to listen deeply, help you process your emotions, and guide you toward healing that's rooted in both clinical expertise and biblical truth.
My faith shapes how I see people, as beloved, created in God's image, and worthy of compassion. Therapy is a partnership, and I'll walk alongside you every step of the way.
Why I Became a Therapist
I've always been drawn to helping others find their way through difficult seasons. I know what it's like to carry heavy burdens and wonder if things will ever get better. I also know the freedom that comes when you finally bring those struggles into the light.
I became a therapist because I wanted to create a space where people could be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves—without fear of judgment or shame. A place where faith isn't just an add-on, but woven into the fabric of healing.
My goal is simple: to help you move from surviving to thriving, from feeling stuck to experiencing real, lasting change.
