  • You’ll get a clear, personalized treatment plan before we begin. We’ll outline your goals and how we’ll get there so every session is purposeful. You’ll feel confident knowing what we’re working toward and why.

  • We don’t guess—we track your growth. I use regular, evidence-based mental health assessments to monitor things like anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, and life satisfaction. You’ll see your progress clearly, which builds motivation and hope.

  • You’re in skilled hands. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 15 years of experience, trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health concerns. You’ll receive high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care rooted in evidence-based practice.

  • Many Christians worry that a secular therapist won’t “get” their beliefs—or worse, will dismiss them. At the same time, some fear judgment from faith-based spaces if they’re struggling with doubt, anxiety, or hard questions. With my background in both clinical mental health and theological training, I offer a space where your faith is respected, your questions are welcome, and you don’t have to hide any part of yourself to be fully accepted.
