Your faith belongs in the room.

As a Christian, your faith is more than just a belief system—it shapes how you see the world, how you process pain, how you love others, and how you understand yourself. It’s the lens through which you make meaning of both joy and suffering.

In therapy with me, you don’t have to filter that part of yourself out.

I’m not just a licensed therapist—I’m also theologically trained, and I approach my work from a Christ-centered perspective. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, or spiritual questions, I offer a space where the wisdom of Scripture, the power of prayer, and the presence of the Holy Spirit can be part of the healing process.

That doesn’t mean I’ll preach at you or assume where you’re at. It means that I’ll walk with you in a way that honors your identity as a follower of Christ—meeting you with grace, compassion, and truth.

If you’re wrestling with doubt, dealing with church hurt, carrying guilt or shame, or simply longing for healing that aligns with your faith—you are not alone. You were never meant to carry it all by yourself.

This is a space where your faith won’t be ignored, judged, or pushed to the side. It’s welcomed, honored, and gently woven into the work we’ll do together.
